Just another pulp excercise. This was done from a photograph of the lovely Diana Dors. I used the Gimp and my Wacom pad to paint the image from scratch. I used G’Mic’s "Black & White" setting to add a little grain and tweaked the levels a touch to fine tune the contrast.

Just a quick speedpainting I did of a femme fatale. She’s from the cover of an old Mike Shayne novel, "Murder is My Business"

I made a few changes just to give her my personal touch. And I tweaked the colour a bit using the g’mic plugin for theGimp.
